If you turn off any privacy settings to " NO" in ebay "Advertising and related preferences" [ www.ebay.co.uk/gdpr ] when you clear your browser history on your device and log back into ebay, your setting will all have changed back to "yes" !
The settings should be remembered in the account just like any other setting .
