The "Site Status" Page is broken. (https://www.ebay.com/sts) Had an issue tonight with payouts. Checked the page and it says everything is fine. Called into support and was told this is a "known" issue. Since ebay knows about the issue, and the status board says all is well, surely this must be an issue with the status board.
Funny thing tho....
It seems every time I run into a technical issue with ebay, I go check the system status board and guess what? Always says it is fine. I then call in to support to report the issue, and nearly every time it is a "Known" issue going on with the site.
Come to think of it, I've never checked the system status board when it DIDN'T have all green check marks. I have therefore concluded the system status board must be broken since there is no way that the page was just thrown up and forgotten about in a lame effort to demonstrate better communication and transparency to users/sellers. The last update for maintenence is still up from last October, after all.
