I've been having all the same problems for several weeks now. Thank goodness I'm a non-store owner. Paying for a store, and receiving service, or I should say, lack of service, would infuriate me. If as many people are down in sales, plus all the people that don't know their sales are down, or people that don't visit this board and speak out, Ebay will be down in revenue with net commision monies down accordingly. I've stopped listing and relisting so many of my items, as, without views and sales, it's a waste of my time. Why go through all the work, when our whole reason for being here, to sell, is not happening. I can't believe Ebay's focus has changed so much, that they would want to push certain sellers off their platform due to poor user experience. But for some, that's exactly what is happening, and will happen. As a non-store owner, I've always received free insertion fees for anywhere from 50-200 per month above and beyond my monthly 50 free listings, which covers what I'm selling. Just last week, I had a promo offer for 100 extra listings, but this time, they aren't free. A nickel each. Yes, that's better than the .35 per listing a non-store owner has to fork out, but, they are increasing my cost to sell a few items. I have not used any of this offer, and am seriously thinking of not using any, and letting the offer run out. It's not the fact that my cost is going up, it's the fact, that why would I spend the extra money to have poor user experience here, in combination with falling sales. Like one user said up the board, this is one of the busiest times of the year for them, but, sales are way down. Is it due to all the ebay changes and platform trouble people are talking about? One might think so. I used to enjoy selling on Ebay as just a hobby, but, like many above me have already said, it's becoming a real challenge to do so, and ever more confusing with more and more pages to click on.
