Ebay Motors site issue when listing

Several reported unable to add/edit any shipping carrier or charges info.  It's just not there.  Seems to be motors only rn.

Hi @pdxcyclebroker .  Anybody experiencing the problem should click the ? on the lower right of the page to file a tech report (or shake to report on app). Takes less than a minute and the more users reporting, the more eBay will pay attention.
