Some random new listings aren't showing in search or my store

After listing about 10 new listings I noticed 3 of them don't show up unless I go to my seller page and view "active listings". Invisible to buyers. Some listings I posted before & after in same categories with not much difference do show though.....

Several reported unable to add/edit any shipping carrier or charges info. It's just not there. Seems to be motors only rn.
