New Item Specifics from the fall seller update for Ebay Motors is not working.

The Personalize Item Specific became available for this category with the new update. At first none of my listings would even update. I am now able to update my listings, but they are not showing a text box for buyers to enter their personalization information. The Personalize Item Specific is not showing up in the search filters either.
I use this feature in the Home Decor-Signs category and it has worked perfectly. It is a real game changer when it comes to communication with buyers.
Without it, buyers have to send a message to seller (which sometimes get lost) and trust that they will get what they ordered. Some buyers check out without sending info and never go back to check messages. I am constantly sending messages to buyers asking for their info, and then waiting for a response.
I've been selling this way on Ebay for almost 10 years now. I was so excited to see this finally added on Ebay (the other 2 big sales platforms added this feature years ago). Would love to see it working, it would mean a world of difference for buyer confidence and seller efficiency.
