Ebay Managed payments not working-ebay fails to care or help.

Having HUGE Problems since switching to managed payments on the 14th of November 2020.  eBay refuses to fix the problems i have been having EVERYDAY. they withheld 23.99 from my account for a refund to a customer who i ALREADY REFUNDED FROM MY ACCOUNT. EBAY WILL NOT RESPOND OR REMOVE THE HOLD ON MY MONEY after spending HOURS ON THE PHONE.  also they are taking shipping label fees for FedEx and charging my pending payments weeks later causing my account to go negative. NOW  i am unable to ship labels due to eBay's incompetence. i had to go to the post office just to ship the labels and had to pay EXTRA. this needs to be fixed NOW! ALSO....eBay has not payed me for my last 4 sales and the numbers in the ebay account are WRONG. ALSO- they have a pending invoice on my account for $60.00 even though i have paid my invoice in full every month. something needs to be done immediately this is absolutely unacceptable.

if this isn't fixed soon i will most definitely be leaving eBay, I will not put up with this company who fails to fix problems and take care of their customers/sellers. advise?  as of 12/7/2020 eBay website claims they have $67.39 pending... (negative-$16.00) available and $51.39 total funds. ebay actually owes me as of now $87.37  that does not count the $23.99 they have held for a return that has already been paid. 😡

A couple of things. It sounds like you have your MP bank account set up as your default payment method for paying your monthly invoice. That's why the FedEx charge came from your pending funds. I may be wrong, but you should be able to change the automatic payment source to a credit card. That would be in your Seller Account. 

If you can't buy shipping labels on eBay you can try a couple of other sources,  like Pirateship. https://www.pirateship.com/  Or use Click n Ship on the USPS web site, although there you won't get eBay's discount there.

I keep receiving e-mails from ebay stating they have sent payouts to my bank account but none have been received by my bank for the entire month!! Now they want to remove $99 in fees from my bank account.  I'll bet that one will go through.  I do not have a phone number for e-bay at all and none of the contact sites are working.  I am very upset.  Where do I get help?
