Having HUGE Problems since switching to managed payments on the 14th of
November 2020. eBay refuses to fix the problems i have been having
EVERYDAY. they withheld 23.99 from my account for a refund to a customer
who i ALREADY REFUNDED FROM MY ACCOUNT...
