Ebay Down?

Is Ebay down? i can't list, make changes nor revise any items. is anyone else having the same problem?

Won't allow me to log on. Says network error

At what point of the sign in process are you getting a network error, and what does the error say, exactly?

What browser are you using? Have you tried another?

If you are using a particular link to sign in  -- such as a bookmarked link -- instead try going to ebay.com and using the sign in link in the upper left, or using some of the My eBay links from the community pages.

I have learned from the repetitiveness of the issue, ebay seems to update their site on the 20th of every month and when they do, many other issues are messed up on the site for 2-5 days.
