Ebay Checkout Not Working on Mobile

For the past week everytime i have things in my basket to pay for on the mobile ebay app, when i click to checkout so i can pay it doesnt work. The thing just keeps spinning. Whats going on.....

yepp same here, you try to checkout and it just spins..been spinning for 10 minutes.... 

tried clearling all the data and re logging in had no effect at all...restarting the phone had no effect either, and my internet is fine same problem on wifi or 4g
