I had a gentleman from Germany inform me that one on my listings wasn't available for International shipping. Going through my 12 listings, I found that half were having the same problem. They just showed the United States as the only choice for shipment. Strangely, though, they also showed 6 countries excluded. Why these countries would be excluded is a mystery. Anyway, the other 6 listings showed that EIS is enabled. I've been using EIS since day one without problems. I have one shipping business policy.
After spending 2 hours on the phone with Ebay, 'Christian' in Texas admitted that it's Ebay's problem and they 'will be looking into it'. Of course, no solution yet.
So taking matters into my own hands, I started revising, deleting and relisting the problem listings. It was the equivalent of picking up a box and shaking hoping for a solution. Sometimes just a small change to the title would work. Other times finding a similar listing that had sold and using it as a template would work, but not always. At this point I have all my listings with the EIS option, but I still can't create a new listing with EIS. I can use listing templates that had worked in the past. I can 'sell similar' from sold listings with EIS. Everything comes up with just the United States and those 6 mystery excluded countries. At this point, it's taking me over an hour to create one listing with EIS enabled.
