EBay be aware of problems of vendors not checking cut/paste selling site items causing returns

Been with EBay both selling and purchasing for many years, I am Male, and 85 and had a full life as an Army Medic, and later, as a full time Medical products salesman to private physicians, nurses, med clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and much more. So, when someone needed a product, I not only sold it,  but after delivery, had to teach each receiver, how to care for and use correctly, the product. Even sometimes personal delivery on time was needed for saving a life.  However, most all EBay products are not life savers.  But, to a person trying to purchase,  they do want  accuracy in the site they are ordering from. Then when a decision to purchase is made, the buyer expects EXACTLY in all details on site to receive the product presented.

Lately, lazy sellers, are thinking just cut and paste short cuts will produce a functional web site. Within this year, I have had to create many returns due to faulty  web site details/descriptions/numbers/functions, and other matters.  One vendor even promised that not only they had item in stock, but prompt del. Yep, got it quick, but they either did not go to ware house and open the box to check the product was both AC and DC like the pic on web site..or in another case did not  understand I had correctly indicated I wanted backlight on dial and not the one with out... but  had faulty  selection slots and bad syntax description which they interpreted only to themselves.  And even when I had gone out of my way to say pay attention that I wanted AC and DC. or back light.   Does anyone ever double check what they sell before they send it out?   I could write more examples, but  by now point made. hopefully.  some manager listening will wake up and see the constant mistakes happening is due to lack of training  both for self and every person down the chain of command  taking care of service to customers... and hopefully repeat customers and happy referrals.  Stop thinking that the world is going to save us all by using AI   Artificial Intelligence  kills service and just makes you careless and lazy.

I still wonder today,  if  all those many  urgent  calls for personal delivery to a clinic or hospital saved the day for an unknown patient,  needing a  common suture,  or drug, or  the poor  nurse  had run low on syringes and bandages.  Fortunately, I received no bad feed back, and  lots of referrals.  And retired gracefully in mental peace.   Start now to revamp your selling site and learn to correct your web page for errors.. and double your next year business.
