EBay Rating Bug After Changing Name

There are cases where an older rating for a user can show up on a listing. This can severely impact the seller, like in my case where my rating has drastically approved. My current rating is 94.7 but in some cases you can see an 81.3. This could be preventing buyers from buying my products. Help EBay! 

Reproduction Steps

Open any listing and note your new username - click on your name/feedback to look at your ratings - click on contact seller - exit pop-up to contact seller - click on go to sellers other listings and click on any listing and you will come up as your old username and older rating on that listing

If you are seeing your old username, try signing out of eBay and signing back in. That should allow the changed username to propagate fully throughout eBay.

Otherwise, you may be seeing an older, cached page.

Users that have not visited your page before should be seeing only the newest version rather than an older cached version that you may be seeing.
