When I try to bid, ebay gives me a box to identify myself by getting a call back number, When I receive phone call, ebay asks me to key in a single digit number on my cellphone (to receive a pin number). I enter this single digit number and my cellphone gives the appropriate tone for the number. Ebay phone app can't recognize the number and I'm stuck. I can''t bid on ebay. is this happening with everybody or just me.
