Dude markdown not working

if you read the boards you will see that the markdown takes about 12 hours now to go into effect

I have 2 different selling IDs and did markdown on both yesterday. One ID took 3 hours to execute, the other ID took 12 hours to execute. Real efficient data processors we have here on EBay.

I have a markdown promotion running, but items that I launched 30+ hours ago are not being added to it.
