When trying to leave message to seller, it tries something for a minute or so, and then displaying

It's not you, it's us. Go back and try again.
When pushing back -button, it tries to contact to my.qa.ebay.com -page. I believe this is an address to test environment, so there is something wrong with leaving messages. Similar problems?
