Developer support hours

I purchased 1x hour of ebay developer support, but my account shows 0 hours. The payment was cleared in paypal. Does anybody know what to do?

Did you purchase the hours with the same email you have registered with the developer program? I don't think the normal community will be able to help. You'll need to ask on the Developer forums:
