Desktop issues with "send offer" and search in active listings.

Not sure if this is the right place to address this, but I have been having a couple issues the past several days. All on desktop, ok on phone. I can't send offers on my computer. It doesn't matter if I click them individually or "all" , the Send offers button remains grayed out and is not clickable. Also, when I search active items with any search terms, it brings up my whole active listing list, and I am unable to easily find an active item. So, I can't end an active listing unless I use my phone. Are these issues that are going on with others? If not, how can I reach ebay to solve these problems? Thank you!

Others have been having similar issues, but some report the issue has been fixed:
If you are continuing to have problems, try another browser or a private or incognito browser window, or try using an alternate page to send offers or end listings.

Sometimes browser problems occur, the accumulation of temporary files in the browser.
If you are using a browser such as Google Chrome or any other browser, clear the temporary files and use the latest version of the browser as well as the application.
