Death of Customer Service

It appears that EBAY has dismissed the entirety of its customer service staff. If you cannot get a refund for a item a grifting seller sold you, you cannot contact Ebay in ANY way. No chat. No email. No phone. The seller has no responsibility and you have no way to get your money back. No way.

Also, there is no way to get any question you might have about any policy, any action,  or anything else.

I have been an Ebay user since the first months of its inception, but no more. No way.

Re: Death of Customer Service

There is a link to eBay's Money Back Guarantee on every item listing. If you received an item that was not as described or if you didn't receive your item and the estimated delivery date has passed, all you need to to is open a case in the Resolution Center here:

http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/

There is no need to call eBay...they will direct you to open a case.

eBay DOES have support, but you'll have to settle for a call back while their reps are working from home due to the worldwide pandemic.
