Today I had 2 different customers message me after they purchased an item telling me they couldn't pay. The message they got was that this seller (me) doesn't ship to their location. Both customers live in the US. I ONLY sell to US customers. I currently have 4 other purchases from customers sitting in the unpaid column. No idea if they are having the same issue as they have not reached out to me .
HELP !!!!!!!
It's hard enough to generate sales right now. To finally get some sells rolling in just to have items go unpaid for and have to end up cancelling and relisting is very discouraging to say the least.
