Customer Service

How do we get back customer service in USA. I am 70 years old and have a very hard time understanding the people with accents. I do not like the new customer service where you have to start with an AI chat, then go to a AI phone call before you get someone to call you back. I had concierge customer service would like to get it back. Been selling for over 25 years and this new CS is the worst it has ever been.

If you have a general question, you should consider asking here or on one of the other community boards for advice from experienced buyers and sellers.

Time Machine;

 

as most all large companies are going (or gone) in this direction. Try calling the number on the back of your credit card, your insurance company etc. Many are the same.

Look into ebay’s money back guarantee. You have 30 days from expected delivery date to file item not received, our item not as described. Let the process go on. All buyers and sellers should become familiar with this, saves time, money and advise you on your protection. This will probably be moved to its posting, due to age. Good luck, and start reading on MBG.

When was the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History? If there is no tracking showing delivery, you have thirty days from that date to file an "item not received" case with eBay.

eBay is not here; this is a user forum. No one here can check on your shipment but you.

 

Check your Purchase History and examine the order details to see what address appears there. That is the address the seller is required to ship to.

 

If tracking shows delivery but nothing arrives, contact the shipping service to determine if the tracking number you received corresponds to a delivery to your shipping address or not.
