Creating Drafts - Severely Lagging, Text Appears Delayed

What: Drafts

Platform: All laptop-/desktop versions of eBay drafts (Windows, Chrome, Mac)

Issue: Severe lag

When trying to draft a new item, there is extreme lag in executing any step (typing out item title especially).

When typing, the letters appear roughly 20 secs after typing, but sometimes stop relaying entirely.

When choosing item descriptors from drop-down menus (size, color, etc), frequent spinny circles.

Tried all browser-based fixes (changed browser, cleared cache/history, etc), but problem persists.

Internet speed and/or connectivity are not an issue.

Have not been able to create fluid drafts since at least Tuesday.

Did it ever occur to you it could be your internet connection is slow? 
I've been creating drafts etc on a daily basis and don't see any lags or spinning circles

There have been other reports of similar lags, particularly when entering item titles. But it does not appear to be affecting all users, only some.

Any difference if you disable any common add-ons or extensions? Ad blockers, grammar checkers, AI composition tools?

If you are using a common security program or firewall on all your devices, it might be worth temporarily disabling to see if that is causing a conflict.

None of your (great) suggestions affect anything.

Running no adblockers, extensions, third party tools, etc - and the lag persists.

It's not the connectivity or speed.

This issue occurs only on draft pages, nowhere else.

You are welcome -- I wish I had better suggestions of things to try.

The next step is to see if there are any factors that the users experiencing this have in common, or else to contact eBay directly to see if eBay can determine the common factor.

A particular geographic location? Perhaps there is one specific eBay server that has problems, and users reaching other servers are not affected.

A common network provider? VPN? Hotspot? Privacy software? Some other software conflict?
