Contacting ebay

I have been trying to get a hold of eBay for almost 3 hours now and it keeps telling me that it’s outside of normal business hours. I am simply trying to update my payout account because I have made a sale and now the payout is going to a random bank account that does not belong to me. I have tried chatting. I have tried calling. I have tried getting them to call me. I need help

Sellers money haven't gone to Paypal for years now. Ebay 'manages' payment and does direct deposit into your checking account. If money is going to some 'other' account (how do you know) then you've been hacked and your account taken over by someone getting your $$.

Try contacting ebay reps on facebook; the ones that are in the 'call center' only work when you do a 'call back' and then they are 3rd party can't really do anything reps.
