For the past 5 days the Contact Member process through the Feedback profile keeps giving me the following message:
"Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I have put the correct item number when prompted to "Enter item Number" and when I click "continue" I recieve the error message.
Any idea when this will be fixed?

Hi Tyler,
I saw your responses to questions asked in the eBay Community. So, I ventured to reach out to you for help.
I have not been able to list items in my premium store since March 2020. I am also not able to edit my existing listings. I also cannot bulk add a Best Offer to my listings. I cannot change my shipping policies, return policies, etc. I have reported the issue to Ebay over and over again. I have been told that this is a known Ebay web site issue, and that the IT team is working on it. One year later, and no one has been able to help me.
I have followed all of the troubleshooting protocols--tried 3 different browsers, private browsing, cleared cache/cookies/temp internet files, used my tablet, desktop PC, laptop and cell phone. I was not able to list or edit items before managed payments and still after being migrated to manage payments.
I don't know what else to do. I have been an in good standing member of Ebay since 2006. Anything that you can do to move this up the chain with an asap/stat/high priority status would be greatly appreciated.
Attached are the error messages that I receive when trying to list or edit items.
Thank you

Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. - I get this error every time I select, contact seller AND when I click on my feedback to see what people left me.

Try contacting the seller through the seller's feedback or profile page if you cannot contact the seller through an item page or by responding to an old message.
Your feedback should be here:
https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/f**gare15
If neither of those things work, try signing in to ebay.ca and then send a message to your seller or check your feedback there.

Or try another browser, or the eBay app.

I have use this workaround (contact the seller through their profile). The trick is DO NOT use the link where you enter the item number. That will get you the same "oops something went wrong" message. Just contact the seller and in the message put in your item number. That is the best you can do until these clowns fix their code.
I have absolutely nothing nice to say about ebay and how horribly their CSRs treated me when I tried to resolve this problem.
