Hi there,
I had a discussion with ebay representative today and she abandoned the conversation midway.
Chat transcript number is SR# 1-334469708000
Please suggest me how to file a complaint against the representative. I wasn't even disconnected and she was receiving my messages.
I took screenshots of entire conversation as proof.
Can provide if required

What country were they in? I talked to one in Columbia, who of course can't help. Ebay doesn't give them enough information or authority. I doubt any of the reps in USA are taking calls since they're forcing MP and other new (unwelcomed) changes these days.

I had good reps as well, so far.

There is a feedback button when the chat ends. It’s a thumbs up/thumbs down symbol. If you open another chat window, the old chat may still be on there.
Good luck though. Every customer service agent at eBay is a complete and total moron.

Why not message them on Facebook? They cant "Close the chat" and they are very helpful. You could let them know about this.

Consign - I agree with you on reps.
Yogi - I was talking about a phone rep (in Columbia) sorry I see yours was on chat. Good luck with any Ebay rep these days
