Just thought I would share with the group my latest dilemma...
Customer bought 4 items on Saturday, and I can’t send an invoice. I thought, no big deal, I can’t ship until Tuesday, so I’ll send it out today.
Called this morning, and eBay says it’s a known problem. I have to ask, if you know about it, why haven’t you fixed it? But I digress. The CSR told me to send a request thru PayPal. Now I am not the brightest bulb in the box, but for the life of me I cannot find the buyers email address.
Called later this afternoon, only to be told they cannot give me my buyers email address.
OMG....Now when I ship it out late, I’m going to get dinged. I’m the one who MIGHT get the neg because it shipped late. And all of this is not of my doing.
EBay, you continually amaze me. Keep up the great work. But I have to share some pint sized input....
If we sellers have no buyers, due to someone not capable of doing the job they were hired to do, and the system continues to fail, both buyers and sellers will continue to explore other on line selling opportunities. We can’t sell if your system fails. And if we can’t sell, you have no income from us.
I’m certain that this post will be deleted by some moderator, and if it does, maybe the moderator can give those of us sellers, who are experiencing issues, an email that we can forward our concerns (that actually might be addressed) to.
Like I said, keep up the good work.
