Clicking on a category to search is no longer loading window for last week.

Clicking on a specific category to view it's contents (leaving the search word blank) is no longer is working for the last week.  The window tries to load & times out repeatedly no matter what the category.  It worked fine for 25 years & something has now changed.  Using Firefox, Windows 10.  No other filters are on.

I just spent almost a half hour (for the 2nd time) creating a detailed listing and lost all of it because of either this problem or the video was uploading for 15 minutes and never completed.   The whole listing just lost 😞  - frustrating!

Try clearing your browser cache and possibly deleting your eBay cookies.

Yep @nwctrader. I saw the same thing happening with Mozilla browsers - until I updated to the latest version. Then it loaded just fine.

If you're having problems with video, I suggest creating the listing without the video and saving the draft @mountainmama777. Then go back in to upload the video. If it's taking a really long time to upload a video your file size might be too large.

Thanks.  I'm adding in classic view first which seems to be working much better and also resolves the category loading issue.  Will try the video later.
