Charging .20 for revisions on active listings

Hi, I'm trying to revise active listings - no fancy changes, just add a photo, or lower a price - and when I click Update Listing it charges me .20. What up?

And now when I went in to add photos to a listing, it listed it AGAIN, so I had two listings for the same item.

Yesterday I revised 2 listings and saw a  20 cent charge for each. Whether or not this will appear on my invoice remains to be seen.

I can confirm this issue.

It seems to occur most when I am out of free listings and try to revise a Buy It Now listing.

I have not checked to see if in the past revisions have been using up my free listings...
