Changing account type.

When I try to change my eBay account from business account to personal account, the edit button does the appear. I don't know why this happens.

Я обратился в поддержку.  И мне помогли. Правда, вначале мой аккаунт они заблокировали. 🙂

Is this where you are  going?  eBay > Summary> Account>Personal info>Business info (sign in) > Business details> Business type> EDIT

It's possible your bank in Sri Lanka requires a business license for eBay to link your account. Maybe that's the problem.
