Yes, any time I view an item now the notifications and cart are offscreen to the right, and can only be seen by moving the page far to the right. This is new, and is happening on both Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Even old tabs that I have that were working fine now go offscreen when refreshed.

Attaching screenshots. When viewing an item, the "My Ebay", notifications, and cart are now offscreen, where before they were all on the screen. I either have to manually move the page over to the right (making it so I can't see the pictures) or zoom so far out that the text is so small that it is unreadable. This happens on both Firefox and Microsoft Edge, and is a new phenomenon. Pages that worked fine earlier today break when being refreshed.

Yes, this is exactly what is happening to me.... just started a few days ago i think.  Maybe ebay will fix this glitch soon. Let's hope so...

I did not see the same issue when viewing items in my usual eBay account, but I did see the same wide page when viewing listings on another account. Holding down the shift key and refreshing the page allowed the page to load correctly, indicating to me that the problem is likely a cache issue.

Try clearing your browser cache and possibly eBay cookies to see if that fixes the issue for you.

YES!   When I am on my summary screen at 90% -zoom, all is pretty normal with the entire navigation bar. When viewing a watch list item individually, everything to the right of the "watchlist" dropdown on the navigation bar was  displaced to the right an entire display screen width and required an enormous right scroll just to navigate back to "my ebay" from there or I had to  return  using a  bookmark UNTIL about an HOUR ago and it had been that way since  last Friday. Maybe Ebay fixed it???????????????

That is not the only technical issue at work tonight.  SEE the last sentence of my previous post! TEXT color choice is not working on the boards tonight as well. THAT IS BOLD RED TEXT IN MY POST, or is supposed to be.

It appears that the glitch has been fixed by ebay, the bell is back where it should be.
