Cha Ching sound adjustment for a Samsung A13 phone

I had a Samsung J7 Pro smartphone that came with the Ebay app installed . The Cha Ching would ONLY go off when people bid OR when I got paid .

I have a new phone, Samsung A13 5G . I did the Samsung move info and my old Ebay app came with it . Immediately the phone said I needed to upgrade the app, so I did. It didn't make the Cha Ching noise so I found a You Tuber and told me how to do it . So I did. The problem is, it always goes Cha Ching  from the app. Massages etc. Not just bidding and payments. Can this be fixed ?

You should be able to go to the app Settings, choose Notifications, then scroll down to the bottom to  customize sounds. You can choose a different sound for various features.
