Hello Ebay Staff
We already refunded some of our buyers and deal with them but they send us negative feedback and also ask us that they will contact you and report us. They contact the ebay and asked them that we do not reply the cases and in return ebay increases the rate of the cases (without solution). Our seller account rate is under defect, Kindly let us know how can we deal with this kind of threats as we are facing very poor selling experience know

If eBay has to do the case you get dinged.
So do not follow such advice.
As for feedback it was a neg experience for the buyer?? if so then they have a right to leave one.

When you post here, you're not addressing "Ebay Staff".
This Board is mad up of a very large group of experienced eBay buyers and sellers who volunteer their time here to help and advise fellow buyers and sellers.
Not sure what you mean by "cases solve without solution". If buyers have an issue and sellers make no attempt to resolve the situation, eBay will step in. When that happens, you are sanctioned accordingly.
Those are not "threats", they are real issues.
Probably you should focus on pleasing your buyers. No one is happy when buyers have to resort to opening cases to resolve their problems.
