Captcha not working

Can't buy an item... captcha not loading.  Reset cache, all browsers having issues.  

Please fix asap.

Just change the browser you are using, I use Firefox haven't seen a captcha yet.

If you are still having a problem, try using the eBay app instead of a browser.

Firefox seems to be ok for right now, but can't get in on Chrome at all, the captcha simply doesn't load.

Starting a couple of weeks ago, it started asking for the captcha all the freaking time, and now this. Enough is enough. How much freaking 'security' do we need? I mean a captcha when I go to look at my own FB fgs?

Problem is, if you're either a buyer or a seller, the app doesn't have all the functions of  a browser on a desktop.

Same problem started this morning at 9:30 am EST...captcha not loading...cleared cache...turned off ad blockers and antivirus...rebooted computer...rebooted modem...same problem with all browsers, with Windows PC and Apple iPad...there is a multiplying number of same eBay complaints on down detector websites...fix it eBay!

I am having the same issue for the first time. I have used all browsers and I cannot get captcha to load. I even downloaded Firefox with the exact same result as all the other browsers.

There seem to be some current reports about this on downdetector, though some of the users experiencing this problem say that they are able to sign in now.

If you are still having a problem, try a private or incognito browser window to sign in, or else try using the eBay app to do as much as you can, then try your regular browser again later to see if the problem has been fixed.

I keep Opera GX browser (incogito) loaded for times when a bot can not figure out if I am not a bot. I figure this lazily done AI will work better in a... never.

It started for me around 1am Pacific, but it looks like it's just started loading again.

Great security measure that when it fails prevents anyone logging onto the website.

Problem resolved...captcha is loading properly again...able to complete my transaction...thanks to whoever did the fix.
