Cant pay via paypal for auction won on ebay

Are you using the desktop version or the app? What kind of device are you using?
If desktop version, what OS and browser are you using?

What kind of message are you getting when you try to pay?

Log into your paypal account on another tab then try again. I was having trouble paying my seller fees and then logged into my paypal account then went back to the ebay tab and tried once more. Worked.

Ebay is fazing out paypal!!!They are going to "use" Ayden instead...had to go off site to find out!!!!I had same experience now ebay so slow I will stop buying soon

I don't think that's what's affecting the OP's ability to pay for a purchase today.

I don't give a **bleep** about Ayden as you put it. And it is Adyen. I was having a bloody glitch today with Firefox. I don't use ebay with my phone due to app showing things as free shipping when it isn't. ONe other reason I dumped my ebay stock.

Were you able to pay for the item yet? Just asking because the connection to PayPal from my seller account has had a glitch since 4/13 and my customers cannot pay either.  

A customer messaged that he’s tried to pay multiple times but can’t complete the checkout. Wondering if these bugs are related.

I notice you are registered in the UK, but you are currently on the US site.

Have you tried checking out on the UK site?

Have you tried signing in to PayPal to see if you need to update anything? You may need to provide additional information there.

Have you tried another payment method?

In some cases, the problem may be on the seller's end -- if you can complete checkout with another seller, that might be an indication.
