Cant communicate with seller, doesn't work.cant't bid or make offer either not working!

I have tried making offer on an item and get a message "Unable to purchase this item due to restrictions from seller". I have never communicted with the seller before. I tried sending a message and get " were sorry we couldn't find an answer for you...." But doesn't allow me to send seller a message. How do I contact seller heart-beat or get some technical help ?

Did you forget to pay for a  couple of  items in the past 12 months?  If so  that could be a reason. Some sellers have eBay block buyers that don't pay.

Is your shipping address a PO Box or do you live in Hawaii or  Alaska?  If a seller doesn't ship to those places they can block messages from buyers they don't  ship to.

Have you tried contacting the seller from their feedback page?

Yes.  Seller has buyer restrictions set.  Most common is strikes against the buyer for non-payment. Next common is shipping location, although I believe, the buyer should get notice that seller doesn't ship to your location.  Regardless, we do the same.

The seller has you blocked for some reason. Most likely unpaid items. If you don’t pay for two items on eBay sellers can block you. It doesn’t have to be unpaid from that seller it could be from any unpaid items on eBay.
