I had an answer from eBay, I thought, but it said to click on "the bug", and I don't know what you're talking about.

I called into to customer service this morning about this issue and was told that they are 'hoping' to get it fixed today. I have had to write my buyers to tell them there may be a delay.

You have to click on the word "post" in the first sentence. It's blue and underlined which means it's a link to the thread where you can post your details in another reply, so that eBay can add your account to the repair ticket.

I hope they fix this problem soon. I have an old computer that I ship from, as it's linked to the printer. I list things on my Iphone, but it is not linked to the printer.

So far, no joy!
