Cannot send offers to 'interested buyers'.

'Send offers' window is blank when I try to send an offer for any item:

One has to wonder if eBay's tech / platform designers are only using smart phones to do their work.  While they keep pushing everyone toward the app... I'll only say that I will absolutely never use my smart phone app to do my work as an eBay seller.  How could they not know they've created a glitch... before subjecting all of us to it?

Came here to find out if it was just my computer ,I hope they fix this and also don't like the auto send feature

I cannot send offers on the desktop. Same as everyone else, everything is greyed out.

devon@ebay please ensure this is reported to the technical team

eBay itself has to be down tens of thousands from this, so I'm surprised that they still haven't fixed it. A good third of my sales come from being able to send offers via this. I wonder how many of the head honchos are perplexed as to why sales dropped so much yesterday.

Refresh the page and check again. Functionality was restored on my accounts.
