Cannot send offers to 'interested buyers'.

I am also experiencing this issue.

It appears that when you select an item to send an offer on, when ebay dynamically generates the page/popup screen to send an offer on a specific item, it does not pull over any item information (no photo, no price info), so that if you put in a lower price or percentage off amount, the system has no price info to compare to and see if you've made a proper offer and enable to Send Offer button.  Since it cant do this comparison, the Send Offer button is constantly greyed out and unable to be used.

The same with me since yesterday and still unable this morning. I have tried on two different browsers. I have sent messages to ebay with no results.

I also don't like that the buttons for automatic offers and allow counteroffer is clicked on without me turning them on. But, still can't send offers with them on or off.

Started last night for me.  I am on a windows laptop.  Sure they are updating the system and yet another feature that we need daily isn't working.  devon@ebay is the one who needs to give us an update

I need this to be working in order to have sales.  It started at 9 p.m. central time on January 21.  I have around 30 items I can't send offers on

Same issue on desktop.  Cleared cookies and cache.  Tried another browser.  No luck with anything including the my attempt to contact eBay through the mostly useless chat bot.

I also cannot send offers.  The screen I see when trying to do so is exactly the one original poster presented.

Same thing happening here.  It worked fine last night (Tues Jan 21) but today, four items recommended for "Send Offers - Eligible" are impossible to process.  Something's wrong with the platform...

yes... found the same thing happened to me. Though I didn't turn on those options... something at eBay turned the buttons to "yes"... and it launched the automatic offers option... and the counteroffer option.  So annoying...  Had to manually remove those features from every impacted item; approx. 30 of them.
