Cannot send messages to sellers

Hello I'm hoping someone can help me. Unable to now send messages to sellers I used to be able to do it through their message back to me that when I click on reply button it now just takes me to the regular page on eBay there's no little box anymore is anyone else having this problem?

If you are using a mobile browser, try requesting the desktop site version of the page before reading messages:

Otherwise, try going to the seller's profile or feedback page and using the "Contact" link there.

In some cases, if you are trying to respond to a message about an old listing that has expired, that can cause problems. If you are prompted for an item number, choose a current item number or select "not about an item".
