Cannot scroll my phone watchlist after popup to install app.

I've highlighted this before and thought it was fixed now but my watchlist scrolling is disabled again. This happens after a popup on my phone screen occurs inviting me to install the app. Irrelevant of the answer I cannot scroll my watchlist after it appears!

Someone fix it please.

I have the same issue. Whenever I receive the eBay pop up inviting me to download the eBay mobile app (which I can't incidentally because my phone isn't compatible with the app since they updated it) and I click on 'maybe later' scrolling is then disabled! This needs to be sorted as it's making eBay impossible for me to use online 😞

Same exact issue. 27 year eBayer.  Safari browser on iPhone. Fix please.
