Cannot resond to seller or open cases.

I have tried at different times to respond to a seller and contact the help centre but l keep getting a message saying "oops we are having a technical hiccup " can l please get some verification on when this issue will be resolved.

Cannot resond to seller or open cases.

You are registered in Australia, but you are currently signed in to ebay.com.

 

Try signing out here and signing in to ebay.com.au instead and see if that makes a difference.

 

If not, try another browser or another link to reply to the seller. Try going to the seller's profile or feedback page and composing a new message using the contact link. If you have your eBay messages sent to your email address, try replying directly to the email from eBay instead of using the blue reply button in the message.

 

Try using the eBay app to respond to your messages.
