Cannot purchase and blue box comes on

Have not been able to purchase, bid or add to the shopping cart for two full days now. What's going on eBay!??

Which browser and operating system are you using? Latest versions? Some mac users seem to be having problems.

Can you complete a purchase if you use a different browser?

Or a different device?

Been having the same problem for 3 days, as well. I've reported this to ebay in two chat sessions, but they have yet to fix the glitch. This issue is affecting many people, so it's not some one off. I read a couple of threads last night and this seems to be affecting mostly people who use Macs. I've been forced to shop on Amazon now, which I don't like doing and it's pissing me off.

OS X is a family of Mac operating systems also known as OS 10 (or 10 point something).

Can you use the eBay app on your iPad?

Or another device with a different operating system?
