Same issue here.  The Bulk Shipping page randomly shows label costs for 0 - 3 of the 12 items on my Bulk Shipping page every time I try to buy bulk shipping.

Same problem here...I'm guessing it's an Ebay glitch. Will give it some time to see if it resolves itself
