Cannot list an item

Cannot list an item. When I hit the list item button screen goes grey and stays stuck there. What's going on???

Have you tried an alternative browser to rule out browser-related issues?

Yes,  was using chrome and tried internet explorer.  It is working with internet explorer.  Thank you for your suggestion!  🙂

You are welcome -- glad to hear you can list again!

You might try clearing your Chrome browser cache, and possibly deleting your individual eBay cookies; that might get Chrome working for you again.

I'm currently having the same issue. Has anyone found a solution to it besides switching to another browser or clearing the cache/cookies?
