Cannot list an item. When I hit the list item button screen goes grey and stays stuck there. What's going on???

Issue with applying code for quarterly credit for Ebay shipping supplies

I am an ebay seller trying to order my quarterly allotment of Ebay shipping supplies and it will not allow me to enter my code on the order. Anyone else having this problem. I called Ebay yesterday but they were absolutely no help at all!
