Cannot list an item for sale

I keep getting the following message when I try to list an item for sale. "signin.ebay.co.uk refused to connect." I listed two items yesterday with no problem and logged into this site ok but I've tried several links in my eBay to sell or list an item, always resulting in the same page and message. Any ideas anyone or is eBay having a problem?

Weird, now it's working again. Must have just been a glitch at eBay.

what i did and worked for me.For google chrome.go to history and delete all the cookies and history,then join again to ebay.Its a glitch
