Cannot get in contact with eBay chat support

I've tried many avenues to contact ebay support for an issue via the chat. I do not like calling as I don't have a record of the call nor is it practical for me who primarily uses a desktop often. I also genuinely find better results if I chat with an ebay support member instead of calling. Is there any way to navigate the automated assistant to consistently get to chatting with an agent instead of being prompted to call eBay every time? Or is there an email I can use?

Many sellers and buyers here on this board can answer most questions with the correct answers.

'chat with an eBay support member'...good luck with that.

Most eBay issues can be handled without speaking with any eBay employees.  Or, if you'd like to offer details, someome here might have answers.

I simply want to "Chat with an Ebay Support member" when I have the option to contact them. However, it only has an option of calling them. I can't call people on a desktop.

I am trying to follow up on a previous chat session I had with a support member regarding a recent order I had. However, I cannot seem to get to a chat option when I need to contact them. I can't call them

You can never call Ebay. You may request a callback.

 

Reopening a previous chat session may not be possible. If the results of the chat were inadequate, the next chat would probably also be crap.

 

The availability of human contact is not 24/7

Right. It's only giving me an option to call ebay when I am using chat support on my desktop, and the wait time is usually over 15 minutes. I would rather chat with a support member instead of calling them but there has not been an option for this for the last 2 weeks or so and I'm getting frustrated bc of the lack of availability.

Can you contact Ebay through email adress? They must have email... 

Tried to contact them today send us email and opens chat bot. When i try to click on send us email it wont let me... And chat bot remembers last session i cant start new one. My auctions were canceled by them,even those with offers and no one you can contact.

There is an "Email us" option that pops up now & then on Help options  (along with "have us call" or "chat with agent") but it's not very reliable. They can takes days to a week to respond.

 

As you're in Slovenia, best option would be to contact one of their social media teams for assistance.

Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address/country, the email attached to your account,  Case # if applicable, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
