I cannot change the photos listed in my two storefront sections, Popular and On Sale. Nor can I change and replace the photos assigned to Categories. It seems to be intermittent, like they're working on something. Problem started last night but continues this evening. Prompted to refresh but it does not work.
I have a screenshot to attach but interestingly enough....that isn't working, either.
The previous problem with attaching the screenshot was my fault. This is the message I was getting.
Seems to be fixed now. I'm successfully replacing photos now. 🙂
Well, I take it back. It's doing it again.
Seems to be an issue with the last item on the right in any featured area on my storefront.
What's noticeable is when I choose to Replace or Remove a photo, that particular one has a box that appears more elongated than the others, and when I choose to do something....nothing gets saved.
The screenshot shows six category photos. I'm fine with the first five, it's the last one on the right that will not change. I just changed the first five with no problem. And I can't manage to get my computer to hold the box that appears when selecting the item to change so I can't provide a screenshot. It's different from the others...it's wider, if that helps any. And it's not working.
Anyway, still having problems.
And no sooner than I take the time to post all of this again...it's fixed.

Trying to change the last photo on the right in my Categories section on the storefront.
I can remove and replace every single other photo in my screenshot....just not the last one on the right.
The Photoplay cover featuring Lucille Ball. Google Chrome and Firefox will not work. Using Windows 11.
I'd really like to change that photo out as I sold that particular magazine this morning and it is out of stock.

I cannot add one to the right of Lucy. There are a maximum of 6 categories allowed. And she's number 6.
I tried removing the first category on the left. All I end up with is a blank category box with Lucy still last on the right. And her picture will not change. Can't delete it, can't replace it. Nothing.
Below my Categories bar are two more that look just like this one called Popular and On Sale and I'm having the same problem with box number 6 in each of those, too. Thanks for you help!
And just like magic it gets fixed again.

I'm a person who likes to keep their storefront fresh so I change out the photos and whatnot frequently. This issue...whatever it is...has become a real problem. I hope it gets resolved soon.
