Cannot download May's financial statement.

I'm trying to download my Financial Statement for May. I received an email and message saying it was ready. When I went to the page to download it, I discovered this page has been redesigned with a lot of useless graphics and fewer options. I tried to download the full statement for May, but I just get nothing. It won't generate the statement.  I tried another month. That worked okay. I tried doing it on my phone; same problem. The May statement won't download. It looks to me like it won't generate the Full Statement, only the summary.

Is anyone else having this problem with their May statement?

Hi @mccamira . I tested and am not having an issue downloading the summary or the full report for May.

I see what the problem was now. It takes time to generate the full statement. There used to be an icon on the page that said it was generating. That's no longer there. So it did generate the statement, but it took a long time, with no indication that was happening. I eventually got emails saying that the full statement was ready to download.

For me @mccamira there's an indicator on the bottom left of the page when the full statement is generating.

Yes, normally there is a pop-up that says it's generating the report. But it was not there in any browser or on any device I tried. So I thought it wasn't working.

I think you may have solved my problem too - I just posted about not being able to download June's Full Statement, because normally I see that little info box pop up saying that the statement was generating - and now it doesn't do that. Or at least it isn't doing that today, lol. 

So I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get a message - probably 20 messages - from ebay letting me know that my report is available to download, lol.  Thanks!
