When trying to relist in bulk, I get a message stating "account does not meet requirements"... or something similar. Was working fine last month. I can list individually... so not an account issue.
Try adding a credit card as a payment source or backup payment source for your seller fees. Some users have indicated that doing so allows bulk relisting again.
